Renovated in 2009 and 2021 as a family getaway, Little Key House (named for Key West) offers cozy gathering spaces yet flows for easy entertaining. Downstairs, the floor plan includes two living rooms, a bright side porch and a first floor bedroom with a built-in bed presently used for an office/den (the first floor full bath just steps away). Upstairs, the primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a claw-foot tub while the spacious bunk-room with built-ins adjoins an inviting sitting room with a barn door and sunny balcony overlooking the private pool, spa and garden.
