The ground in the outdoor arena is a special mixture which came from the Quarter Horse Congress! There is a "bulk shavings" shed that will ensure your stalls have the freshest bulk shavings. The source for the shavings is only ten miles away. There is plenty of parking for fifth wheel rigs to allow for unloading of horses and cattle, etc. To the west, there is some fencing to accommodate roping steers and other livestock. Centrally located to the facility is a training yard which is the perfect location for a walker/trainer. The facility also has a one bedroom/one full bath furnished apartment.
